We provide ‘Virtual Private Stores‘ at no additional charge and typically ship all orders within 1 business day. Although it is rare, if we make a mistake on your order, it will be replaced ASAP.
Unfortunately, there is one aspect of the on-line process that is not within our control — shipping costs and transit times.
In our experience, UPS is reliable and rarely miss a delivery date. The down side is that they frequently raise their rates and are the leaders in imposing surcharges.
