Terms of Sale
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on www.laserrenditions.com and subject to the following terms and conditions.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Order processing times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from shipping carrier delays, for which we will not be responsible.
In order to contract with Laser Renditions, LLC, you must be over 18 years of age. Laser Renditions, LLC retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted, we will inform you by email. When placing an order you confirm that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to change.
Laser Renditions, LLC reserves the right to not accept any order to produce or duplicate any item with a shape, form or the use of any verbiage that we find inappropriate. Any such on-line order will be cancelled and a refund for any monies paid will be issued.
(a) Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgment and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been shipped to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent to you at the time of order shipment will be included in the contract formed.
(b) Pricing and Availability
While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs may be charged in addition to products or services provided to you by Laser Renditions, LLC; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Total Cost.
(c) Payment
If payment is to be made by a credit card, upon receiving your order we perform a standard authorization check on your credit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your credit card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods or services you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been shipped and you have been sent a confirmation email, the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods or services you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.
Upon approval of Laser Renditions, LLC, orders may be placed utilizing a Purchase Order as your method of payment. ALL PO TERMS ARE NET 30. Accounts with balances unpaid after 30 days are subject to having purchase order privileges revoked, requiring prepayment for future orders. Items ordered via a Purchase Order for which payment is not received within these terms will incur a $25.00 late fee and any other fees permitted by law. Invoices which remain unpaid will be assessed an additional $25.00 late fee for each 30 day period the invoice remains unpaid.
(d) Return Policy
All Sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, returns or exchanges are not permitted. If your items are not as specified as a result of an error by Laser Renditions, LLC, we will replace your item(s) at no cost to you or issue a refund for your purchase. The decision to replace an item or issue a refund is at the sole discretion of Laser Renditions, LLC.
Custom items are made to your specifications when placing your order. Items will be engraved exactly as you have specified. We do not proof-read for grammatical or typographical errors. Laser Renditions, LLC is not responsible for grammatical or typographical errors made by you when placing your order.
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. We will attempt to resolve any issues that may arise.
Disclaimer of Liability
The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy.
